I spent over a decade as a technology consultant, helping companies solve complex problems. I love a challenge, I love working hard, and I love seeing results.

For years I had symptoms I couldn't explain and labs that came back normal. I did what most women do, I pushed through. It wasn't until I started researching hormones on my own that things started to click. I felt understood for the first time, and honestly, a little frustrated that nobody had connected these dots for me sooner.

I left consulting to do something that genuinely mattered to me. I wanted to build something for 'her', the woman I used to be and women like me, who are unknowingly working their bodies to the ground without the information they need to do it differently. Women should not have to choose between ambition and their health.

I'm certified through Nicole Jardim's Institute for Menstrual Health. Through this program I have been trained on protocols for specific women’s health conditions and the most up to date, cutting edge research.

I am completing Dr. Aumatma Simmons' Fertility Specialist training, one of the most rigorous fertility programs available, with a methodology that has helped hundreds of women conceive who previously weren't sure they could. Dr. Aumatma Simmons is a double board-certified Naturopathic Endocrinologist who has been in practice for close to 20 years.

I bring ten years of systems thinking, complex problem solving, a deep personal history with hormonal health, and a genuine belief that every woman deserves to understand and work with her body, not against it.
