What you'll need: This journal is designed to be used alongside a basal body temperature (BBT) thermometer, which reads to a hundredth of a degree and is more precise than a regular fever thermometer. You take your temperature first thing each morning and record it here. If you don't have one yet, any BBT thermometer will do. There are a few I recommend found on my resources page.
